The challenge
The rent-to-own checkout did not map to standard ecommerce events, making it impossible to measure funnel performance with off-the-shelf tracking.
The solution
Designed a bespoke GA360/GA4 data layer that modelled the rental flow end to end and powered 180+ custom dimensions on SAP Hybris.
